THE ARCHER STAFFING ANALYSIS SYSTEM:

An advanced automated career pathing system that allows an employee to plan potential career paths that might be available to them in their career pursuits. In effect, an employee can develop a potential career path comprised of all the positions generally required to move from the employee’s current job to the target job that the employee aspires to attain. At each progression to the next higher level in the potential career pathing process, the employee can read a comprehensive job description for a particular job in question. In addition, the employee can read the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to meet the requirements for each particular job in question. The system provides a remarkable support base for career planning and analysis whether the planning is done by management, the employee, or both. The system easily supports job based pay, skill based pay, knowledge based pay and competency based pay.

FRINGE BENEFITS ANALYSIS:

A comprehensive, nominal cost approach for researching and analyzing the competitiveness, adequacy, and cost effectiveness of an organization’s fringe benefits program, all within the context of appropriate statutory review. A comprehensive benefits study is conducted to determine how well the client organization’s benefits package compares with the packages being offered by competing organizations. Prioritized recommendations for improving the quality and the cost effectiveness of an organization’s fringe benefits program are provided.

PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL PREPARATION AND/OR ANALYSIS:

The complete preparation and writing of an organization’s personnel policy manual or a thorough and analytical review and rewriting of an organization’s existing personnel practices and policies. Each policy prepared or reviewed is carefully examined and analyzed to determine the appropriateness of its content, the efficacy of its intent, and its conformity to legal and statutory.
